Tomasz Piętka

Tomasz Piętka has over 30 years of experience in the capital markets and in building corporate value.

For the past 10 years, he has been a Partner at the advisory and investment firm Silvergrass Capital Partners; prior to that, for nearly 15 years, he managed investment portfolios for leading private equity and venture capital funds in Central and Eastern Europe (including as Vice President at Enterprise Investors and Managing Director at bmp Polska), and also worked for strategic investors—serving as M&A Director at the Sygnity Group.
He has personally participated in over 150 M&A transactions involving the acquisition and sale of companies, served on a total of 30 supervisory boards, and led several hundred advisory projects at companies of various sizes and across different industries.
