Privacy Policy

§ 1

1. The Gift Card constitutes a prepaid instrument issued to an individual expressly designated by the purchaser of the Gift Card.
2. The Gift Card may be utilized exclusively by, and for the benefit of, the individual so designated, as referred to in the preceding sentence. At the time of purchase, the purchaser shall indicate the amount to be loaded onto the Gift Card, with a minimum load value of PLN 250. There is no maximum load limit.
3. The Gift Card shall be activated upon receipt of payment in the amount corresponding to the value indicated by the purchaser. The Gift Card may be reloaded. Upon request and for an additional fee, the Gift Card may be dispatched to an address specified by the purchaser.

§ 2

1. The Gift Card may be used solely for the purpose of payment for services provided at the Warsaw Aesthetic Clinic, located at 7a Waflowa Street, 02-971 Warsaw. Funds available on the
2. Gift Card may not be used to purchase additional gift cards. The Gift Card may be redeemed in full or in part until the entire balance has been exhausted.
3. The individual expressly designated in accordance with § 1(1) shall be entitled to use the funds available on the Gift Card during one or multiple visits to the Warsaw Aesthetic Clinic.
